Thanks all.

My issue has been that's the cooler is "whining". Its only a few weeks old so shouldn't be wear and tear yet. Will look into the suggestions and the shop The Pi Hut has a lot of cool stuff, didn't know about it.

Liked the change in parameters for the fan settings. Seems to work good.
