All are 64bit and the update time is set to 24hrs...That was the default AFAIK. I've certainly never changed it
Yes, mine was also preset to 24 hours. I reduced it so I could more easily confirm it wasn't working.

I have never seen it run or tell me there were updates, changed to an hour, left it over an hour, and it still hadn't.

But now it has, has presented a system tray icon telling me things are available for update. Install worked, and the icon has disappeared.

This appears to be the source of the code which does the checking for updates and I can't see why it wouldn't, should have been checking on every boot. If it keeps working I'll set it back to 24 hours and consider the issue solved.

I had a quick look through that code and I don't see anything obviously wrong either. Very odd.
