My objective is to make hdmi-hotplug works i.e. let say, if i plug display hdmi cable after booting the board, it should come up properly...which is not coming up...for same purpose i was asking gpio 12 and 13 high is required or not thats it...

What you're asking for is a hack! Because it's a hack you can use whatever GPIO you want to as it will also require you to run a custom kernel.
