I am not sure why it happened. Maybe the chip wasn't designed for the load as I was constantly streaming HD videos in YouTube on the desktop? Anyway the chip was super hot to touch and board wouldn't turn on until I removed the chip. I even tried to reball in a bcm43438 chip that I found in a local mobile shop. But once I get it reballed on from a mobile shop the chip is overheating again now and the board gives slow constant blinks of green light and not booting. I think the chip might be different or they fixed it wrong.
