Excellent news to hear it's working.
According to the datasheet the W5100S can support 10/100 so I'm not sure if only getting 10 is a MicroPython limitation or something else.
At some point I'm going to spend some time figuring out the differences between W5100S and W5500, their advantages and disadvantages. I believe MicroPython operates in raw packet mode with both so there's no limitation with respect to on-chip IP Stack support, perhaps in amount of RAM and size of buffers.
