I see this in log: video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60D which suggests this wasn't followed:I have already tried different ports but it does not seem to change anything (as expected), but I'll try all just in case.

Remove any custom settings from config.txt and cmdline.txt (switching back to a fresh sdcard install may be best to be sure).
