40A divided by 5 gives you an available current of 8A per Pi.I like the idea of a pelican case, but the system will travel in a secure flight case anyway, so maybe its not necessary to have the device case in something like this? something more like an ATX case would be fine.You have Pi4's, right?

Make an I/O connection panel with the HDMI connectors i.e. And whatever connector is needed in addition.
Forgive me as I'm a little inexperienced in power supplies - but could 1xRSP200 power 5 x Pi4s? Also would it be possible to power my small network switch with it also?
Is your network switch powered by 5V? If yes, then it can be powered as well. If no, not.
That PSU is just an example! There are also dual-rail PSUs out there (i.e. 5V and 12V).
