ive heard that the stage1 binary in the eeprom is cross-signed
so its signed by both RPF keys, and your own secure-boot keys

if secure-boot is enabled, and you flash an eeprom image that isnt signed by both sets of keys, then it wont boot, and youll get zero signs of life
I do (or at least I try to do) everything as the manual says - firstly countersign the EEPROM and set SIGNED_BOOT=1 but no luck. I found in documentation that 3 short led blinks is "Generic failure to boot" https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... lash-codes but this is not helpful at all. There is no benefit for me to burn/write/flash the keys to OTP and hope for the best if even the testing with EEPROM fails. Any recommendations on what to do next? Maybe try with older version of repo or check the detailed documentation (if there is such)?
