Raspberry Pi OS • Create a new user with copied privilegues

What would the syntax be for creating a new user with following:

• Same privileges that current user have.
• Be able to sudo without password

Everything i found online seemes to manually entering all the same groups as current user have.
But listing the groups uses " " as seperator, while the usermod command uses "," as seperator.
