Your zero is using a self assigned linnk local address and likely has no DNS servers listed and no default gateway.
Have you enabled internet connection sharing (or whatever the OS on your PC calls it) on the PC and have you rebooted the Pi since doing so?
It would probably help us help you if you shared the IP address configuration on the PC end of the link. (Settings, Netwrok & internet, find connection, properties)
