If it's under direct OS control, then the Internet-in-a-Box (IIAB) is also the wireless access point:
Edit this line in /etc/iiab/local_vars.yml :
host_ssid: Internet in a Box (quotation marks are OPTIONAL)
Then run:
sudo iiab-network
