How would the schematics for a Raspberry Pi 1B help with identifying a component on a Pi 5? They have pretty much zero in common. As for tracking with a microscope - you'd need a X-ray microscope to see the multiple layers where tracks are buried in the board or go under other components.You might be able to follow https://www.raspberrypi.org/app/uploads ... s-R1.0.pdf if you track the circuit board with a microscope.
The best hope is that a Raspberry Pi Engineer feels generous enough to reveal what the components are. Or search the forums in case there have been other posts asking about these parts.
