Just make a variation of it in Kicad and order from your local Taiwanese PCB house ![;-)]( "Wink")
Btw, the off-the-shelf CM4IO has exactly the same ground plane split. I just wonder why. Mostly it's to keep large noise currents out of sensitive sections.
