Okay, ME6215 then. Much better dropout specs, recommended limit a bit higher at 125C. So 300 mA is fine (hot... but fine) but above that it will still overheat. Pd is not higher, 250 mW. Still need to drop ~1V to get to 3V3. Still a tiny chip dissipating a lot of heat. PCB heat spreading will help a bit and that's it. Toasty. Sure, it's better board than the one with LR8323, but if I buy one for the 16MB flash I'd be real careful who to buy it from.![Smile :)]()
