Ideally Raspberry Pi's clone of OpenOCD would handle it all transparently, allow it to build whether 1.6.3 or something else.If you want to build against v1.6.3 you need to prevent it from seeing v2.2, either by changing the paths the build is using or deleting /usr/local/include/gpiod.h and /usr/local/lib/libgpiod.so.
