The noisy mode is documented in Pico (boards) Datasheets.
Pimoroni Pico Plus 2 (wireless or not) is using :LDO (AP7366EA-33SN-7)

RM2 module is just connected to the back extension connector.
(the integrated one "W" looks just soldered directly to the connector pads, replacing the connector).
Maybe an old fashioned choke inductor and a low inductance decoupling capacitor (LC filter) would do the trick.
Unfiltered SMPS are very good radio jamming device.
I've seen some seriously interfering with GPS receivers (very weak signal).
