It sounds like you would like to monitor

• Power consumption. This can be done numerous ways. Here's an example https://hackaday.com/2020/07/24/a-compl ... ng-system/
• Temperature over time. There are many examples of this online.
• Door open. Again, a simple magnetic reed switch

These should all be able to be monitored by a single local PI, even maybe a PICO. A larger PI may be needed though since you would want to do some trend analysis over time to determine if there is a power consumption and/or temperature variant worth alarming about.

In terms of alarms, I recently learned of this service/app which may be useful https://pushover.net/.

A point to consider is how to detect a large power outage.
