WINE in and of itself is not enough. You need an x86 emulation layer as well. Most Windows applications are compiled for x86 CPUs and all Pi use ARM CPUs. The two are not compatinle.

Pi OS x64 == From PI-Apps, installed Box64 + Wine = apps won't launch.
PI OS x86 == From PI-Apps, installed Box86 + Wine == apps error on launch
Did some research when i faced this problem and saw that i need Box64 that needs to be installed with Wine but even if i had that, apps still don't run
