So you already have unrar-free installed.

I have had it since 'keyboardman' suggested it.

@hippy Do you need to extract only, or compress into a rar as well? Not much in the way for free rar compress, I don't think.

I don't currently have a need to compress to '.rar' but if I were thinking of adopting a Pi as a Windows PC replacement it would be desirable. But I accept it's not a necessity, unlikely to be needed, unless Sod's Law comes into play.

What's weird to me is that "Package rar is not available, but is referred to by another package". Why would some package be referring to 'rar' if it doesn't exist, doesn't seem available ?
