On the official CM5 IO Board, as well as Pineboards' new Modulo 5 carrier, if I have a fan plugged in, upon shutdown the fan will go to 100% power. It stays that way until I boot the Pi back up, and PWM control takes over again.

It would be nice to not have the fan go blasting off when the CM5 is powered off—is there a firmware setting or update we could use to prevent this behavior?
I've tested with both an EDAtec CM5 Active Cooler and a Pi 5 Active Cooler modified to fit.
