It has been solved, and in a rather annoying way.
The ISP has decided to add an option, a few weeks ago, to add a layer of security. Without mentioning they blocked ports 80 and 443 on the modem, which doesn't show on the settings of the modem itself. It only shows in the account settings of my subscription, which I had to disable.
In short, as an advice to avoid needless searching for hours and hours: check your ISP account next to the modem too!
