But the point is to get a working system up and running so that you can go back and analyze/fix the old system. The end goal is to get the old system back to functional.
So, you need to get a new SD card from your supplier (say, Amazon.com), and install a copy of RaspiOS on it and get it up and running on your Pi board. Then you can analyze and fix the old card from there. Presumably, you will want to copy your data (video) files from the old card to the new card or to some other storage device (say, a share on your DOS PC) as one of the first tasks.
