Y'all got any more of that punctuation?I'm planning on building an internet in a box and I was wondering if there would be benefits to connecting a Raspberry Pi to a Raspberry Pi NAS or would it be better just to add a bunch of storage to a regular Raspberry Pi and if it would be better just to add a bunch of storage can a internal ssd and an external ssd work together like can I put the programming in the internal ssd and the excess information on the external ssd if I have too much to put it all on the internal ssd? And what is the most internal and/or external storage I can add?
You could build it with a single Pi. You ought to be able to add almost any size external SSD to it. Probably you should keep the internal SD card as a boot device and the external SSD for data only. "Internal" and "external" are fairly loose terms however.
