According the LED warning flash codes that means "Fatal firmware error".
You could try reflashing the bootloader EEPROM using a spare SD card and the recovery images from Raspberry Pi Imager
Choose OS -> Misc utility images -> Bootloader (Pi 5 family), then choose your preferred boot type.
The screen should turn green if it completes successfully.
