Every Pi3 is 64-bit capable. You can run a 32-bit or 64-bit OS on it. There has been no change here.when I bought it (2018? 2020?) I had a firm understanding it was a 32 bit device and I understand (suspect) that since then arm chips have changed so they act in either 32 bit mode or 64 bit mode as requested by the raspberryPi OS (they may have other modes as well but not relevant).
