General discussion • Re: Pi 5 or 500? What would be the decider for you?

I have a Pi 400. Won't buy another one (or Pi 500) anytime soon. Defective keyboard on the first one. I got a replacement for that one and it has an annoying keyboard glitch. I have to press F10, then Fn F10 to get the shutdown menu. So with Bookworm it's F10, Fn F10, Fn F10.
GPIO header orientation is another issue for me. And as mentioned, no CSI or DSI, or PCIe.
I haven't had any problems with the SD Card slot, and I have swapped cards in and out quit a few times.

I have a Pi 5 8 gig with a 256 Gb NVMe and I am very happy with that purchase. I'm leaning towards a Compute Module 5 as my next purchas.
