Yes, it is almost certainly exactly the same data, just each tool may format/interpret it differently. It most likely comes from NVMe log page 02h (SMART / Health Information). See section 5.1.12.1.3 on page 208 of the NVM Express® Base Specification. I think the variation between the expected value (real clock time) and reported value may be accounted for in the detail of the spec on page 210:to me this looks like the same data, formatted in a different way:
