I am wondering what is the solution if organization IT department don't want to register the MAC address of the RPi. What is the solution then ?
Ask your manager or supervisor to discuss the situation with the IT or Network Support Manager for your Company, Business or Organisation, to see whether your requirement for network access is legitimate and can be implemented within the relevant Acceptable Use and Connection Policies.
I won't say anything in public that could be interpreted as attempting to subvert policies and technical restrictions put in place to defend the interests of your organisation and its users.
