There are a million ways to install and run Home Assistant, hopefully everything is there to help you, if not then they have a very large community that can.

You can then hook into PiHole from there too, no idea about unbound.
Tiny File manager, ago look them up and see what they say, if it is this, then install PHP and then copy that across as it says.
