So Docker works.

The last trace you posted says:

This means the Pi tries to connect to dockerhub over IPv6. Do you use IPv6 at all in your LAN?

You can modify Raspios (Linux) to prefer ipv4 over ipv6. You'll need to set file /etc/gai.conf accordingly.

I would first look at that file on your machine, I suspect it might include comments about how to prioritize IPv4 over IPv6.
