1) what is your power supply for the PI's (i hope the official)
2) have you tried updating the bootloader?

3) if you remove the SD card, and power up, do you get the diagnostic display?pay attention to the DISPLAY line... does it say "EDID=OK"?
4) are you using a proper HDMI cable, or are you using adapters?
