1. All existing applications need to be rewritten for the alternatives (otherwise X will still be hanging around in emulation/compatability layers)
   
2. Wayland applications need to stop defaulting to the console even when they shouldn't.*
3. A Wayland replacement for ssh -X. No, in my experience waypipe isn't the ssame.

1. Get two Pi foo and bar.
2. Install a default RPiOS
3. On foo open a terminal and run
