Hello everyone! I bought a rasberry pi 4 b last week for practicing with ssh, ssh tunneling and so on.
Usually I always used ubuntu but this time I wanted to try something a little bit different (I know that raspberry is linux based).
I've already abilitate ssh server on my raspberry and everything works fine, but I cannot find the "sshd_config " file... so I tried to create a new one by myself copying the default one and pasting it on the directory created by me ".ssh".
In that directory I have created the "authorized_keys" file too and it doesn't work too.
I've tried to change the default port to 2222 but the ssh connection still only works on port 22.
I've restarted even the sshd and ssh service but still nothing.... I need your help and I have also a question:
Does it work the "sshd_config" file that I created? I mean, does it make sense what I've done?
Thx everyone for the answers and sorry for my english, I'm trying to learn it as well!
