I tried to update the EEPROM, by flashing an USB stick, plugging in into the PI, waiting 10 seconds, but nothing happens. I tried to restart it ~3 times, waiting etc, but still nothing. What can i also do?
Thanks

Assuming your screen/display is an HDMI one, have you checked whether you can get a diagnostic display when you power up the P4B without any bootable uSD card or other device present? If you do get a display what do you see w.r.t. any EDID info. etc.?

Actually, my screen setup is a bit messy...
Let me explain :
So, i have a microHDMI to VGA dongle, with some other ports that i plug both in the RPI and on a VGA cable which goes to the screen.
Anyways, with or without this setup, it always booted correctly. But, the only strange thing that happens (except that there's no display signal) is the green light that blinks one time for half a second.
Also, i use the dongle with my RPI5, and nothing bad happens. I used this adaptator for a while with the RPI4, and without problem. So i think its not the cause.
And, with or without any flashed/not flashed storage, it does the same thing ( green light thing)
Thanks
