Well. As it happens (as it was supposed to happen), few minutes after I marked this as closed, the error re-appeared after ~5 days. Truth being told, the GPU at that time was heavily hammered with gimp, chromium and xmgr all active, and this combination (especially xmgr) brought Xwayland/wayland to its knees --even the mouse movement was lagging.

Since no-one else observed a resurrection of the error (yet ?), I'll leave this as closed.
I've switched to X11 cause it runs much faster than Wayland, I don't really care about smooth effects if the whole UI experience feels having higher lantency and much heavier feelings anyway. It may be the future but for now X11 runs better for a desktop experience in my opinion.
Since the switch having improved a lot the usage of most apps using a GUI, I've not seen anyway that message but I wonder what would happen in a full CPU/GPU load UI scenario and if the error would appear in that case.
