Unlikely. I have a friend in the civil service who were pushing for earlier, but the operators have agreed 2033 as absolute end date.In the UK the EOL for 2G is said to be 2033 but many suggest there's so much still reliant on it that its life will be extended again.
And we'll be one of the last - some countries have already turned off of course.
That said I notice several places there is now no 2G signal where there used to be. As base stations die they I suspect they are often not being replaced.
