Look up section 321 and De Minimus and tell FedEx to stop wasting your time.
Current administration has been closing off the de minimus exemption (which was previously $800). That said, I suspect the only aluminum part of a reasonably current Pi would be the lid on the processor and I wouldn't expect there to be any iron or steel at all. One could probably look up the tariff on aluminum as dollars/ton and scale that down to a gram or two, thus asserting a tariff of some fraction of a cent per device. The bigger issue would be the value of any electronic components originally sourced from China.

De Minimus still stands for all countries apart from China and Hong Kong from all documentation I've seen.

There is steel on the connectors. The CPU and Wireless chip casings may have aluminium?
