The screenshot says you are using a Compute Module 5, rather than a retail Pi5. Is that correct?
CM5 does not have a slot for a µSD card; that would have to be on the carrier board it is plugged into, such as an RPi CM5 IO Board. Also, you can only use such an SD slot if your model of CM5 has no onboard eMMC storage (aka "CM5 Lite"). What did you buy?
The standard development kit of CM5, IO Board, Case, and PSU appears to be specified with the CM5 model with 4GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, and WiFi. So the SD slot would not be usable in that configuration. I would not have expected it to say "card not detected" though. Should it not detect the eMMC instead?
