It would have been much more helpful to say you had this hardware, that it is supported on Pi 4, but not on Pi 5, and that you wanted to write new software for Pi 5.
Instead you went on a tangential rant about AI not being able to give you code that worked. Furthermore, this seemed to be a surprise to you.
My project is just a small experiment...
But my findings will make way to Stefano Zambon, which is the maintainer of the ELK OS kernel for -amongst other-
The Rasp Pi 4B. Not yet Pi 5.
