If you update /etc/apt files and change bookworm to trixie it will work but you're then running a totally unsupported configuration. You won't get any Raspberry Pi folks who are willing to help you.
If you don't mind being on your own then doing that and running apt update;apt dist-upgrade will achieve your desired result.
The alternative is to wait some months and the RPi folks will catch up and provide a supported Trixie distro.
