for the FFC you can use what is there on the CM4IO/CM5IO orHi.
The official Touch DIsplay 2 connects to a Pi through a FFC cable and a power cable.
What connector type is used on the Pi-facing side? I'd prefer not to use a generic header but the proper mating connector in order to ensure the correct polarity and orientation.
What does the power cable actually power? Only the backlight or the display electronics as well?

Power is a dupont cable . there is a question on the power connecctor used on the panel but I don't know If that gir answered.
