Raspberry Pi Ltd (PLC or whatever) have absolutely nothing to do with the Foundation, so if you have any issues with them, this forum is the wrong place. Foundation people do NOT hang around here.
Ltd will sell Pi products to anyone (excluding countries where sanctions apply). We'll sell them at the same price to everyone. No-one gets a quantity discount so big companies do not benefit over small sales.
