IS possible in futer to use all 4 cores of pico 3/4/5/ xxxx to can separate tasks in from all peripherals ????

That's not how this problem is typically solved. One core is enough to handle many peripherals. However you can use some RTOS and use multiple threads to separate tasks like this.
