I have a raspberry pi 3 model , in the SD card I have recorded the OctoPrint image to be able to monitor my Prusa printer.
This software is managed through a web environment, you can check the status of the wifi connection, but in no case you can connect to a wifi network from the web environment.
From raspberry pi imager I have not enabled the wifi name and password to connect by wifi because currently I can be connected by cable, which is better.
Ok. Slow down.

Correct. You cannot configure the WiFi interface through the Octoprint web interface. You are right, connecting with an Ethernet cable is better. But, if you want to connect with WiFi then you use the conventional Raspberry Pi configuration tools to connect to WiFi.
How can I install windows? 10 or 11?
You can't.
It has 1gb of ram?
Yes.
Do I need to buy the raspberry pi 4 or 5?
No.
Then I want to run octoprint which also spends ram memory and resources?
I am running Octoprint on a Pi 3. It runs ok. If you are not satisfied with your Pi 3 you could buy a 3B+, or 4, or 5.
The software provided by the manufacturer prusa, has uploaded an .img image called prusalink but I can't manage the network environment either?
Oh no! You should ask Prusa about this.
I have the same problem, can you help me please?
I do not know why but from windows insider I can no longer download the .img image for raspberry pi 3, microsoft has removed the links.
Oh no! You should ask Microsoft about this.
Answer me as soon as possible thank you!
You're welcome.
