i have a RPI2 that suddenly it does not show anything on the HDMI, nor it gets an IP.
i have a USB to serial (UART) and i am looking how to get it working with RPI, so i could debug and recover it.

which voltage does it need 1.8, 3.3 or 5V? what is the schematics to connect to?
any other settings that i need to fiddle with?
