If those two sockets at the bottom are for MIDI in and out then remember there is a chance of someone plugging in a centre-negative PSU from a guitar footswitch. It looks like you have series protection diodes in place, but if not then do so. Personally though I wouldn't use a fuse - more hassle than they are worth.
