It will have more than 16GB of RAM!There is no chance for more than 16GB on the Pi 5. Pi 6 is some way away, and even then I have no idea what the max RAM size is on that.
install ollama and you will see that you like to have more than 16GB. 32GB will be mostly useless. 64GB, 128GB or 4TB seems to be the desired sizes.
Waiting for a 64GB model may be acceptable. Large models need much, much, much faster RAM speed. And new OSs, so that RAM areas can be freed and unused channels can sleep. A 128GB HBM Pi sounds nice, but may use a little too much energy.
Yes, I will not get one until you see yourself in this market
