when I ls the Downloads folder it shows
python-3.13.5-amd64.exe
python-3.13.5-amd64.exe.sigstore

Which of these 2 executable, if either, is the image file?
Why can't I see the above volumes mentioned in the above decompression any where in my downloads folder?.
