I am not convinced that is true, and seems simply to be a reiteration of the 'login over RDP as another user" suggested solution.In summary: you cannot be logged in locally and remotely with the same username at the same time.
I have my Bookworm Desktop system set to auto-login to the Desktop and it does. I then connect via RDP with the same username and it does. It did this before my recent black screen woes which have been fixed, and does today.
It might not work for others but it does for me.
