I've taken the hat off one of my pi Zero 2w and just plugged a console into the GPIO pins, thought it was just easy to get a console access I can trust and also see how long it lasted without the hat on
it lasted 3.5 days, so even without the hat it just hard locks. At least I have the console to see what it output to screen, when I looked, nothing, I'd left a laptop connected to it via the console cable to make sure nothing was lost the console still showed the login prompt, it responded to no keyboard input so it's just hard locking with no error, no output, nothing int he logs.
I can only assume the other 5 pi's zero's are doing the same behaviour.
I have no idea how to progress this, but 5 pi zero 2, all using official Raspberry OS 12.11 have a life span of max 7 days before they hard lock and have to be rebooted by powercyce.
I've no idea how to progress this, as there is nothing to work from, all the system resources log at not under any stress.
